TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH FORUM

Dedicated to the exchange of ideas among
researchers, professionals, and students and
an informed citizenry since 1958.

About our Chapters

Transportation Research Forum (TRF) chapters forge partnerships with universities, private sector providers, metropolitan planning agencies, and others to develop thought-provoking events, collaborate on research, and engage students in learning opportunities. Chapters host several events each year, participate in the annual forum, and contribute to the peer-reviewed Journal of the Transportation Research Forum.

Many chapters offer virtual events for the benefit of all TRF members. Chapter locations:

  • Chicago.
  • Minnesota.
  • New York City.
  • St. Louis.
  • Wisconsin – Twin Ports.

TRF Knowledge Centers

Transportation Research Forum’s Knowledge Centers bring together members who collaborate on research, events, and student-focused programs. Members from these centers also attend and present at our annual forum.

TRF members who live in regions without a chapter are invited to form their own chapter or knowledge center. Knowledge center locations:

  • Panama
  • South Korea
  • Washington, D.C.
